just put the cherry reds in a bucket and got the drip going
this is my second try at ordering online freshwater shrimp.
the first time around i ordered a total of 24 shrimp
they arrived single bagged with no styrofoam shipping box.
only some newspaper and a cardboard box to keep them warm.
7 of them arrived DOA.
Even though i paid extra for 'before 10am overnight' shipping the water in the bags was clouded and foul.
all but two of the cherry reds were dead by the next afternoon.
Thank you for keeping me in the shrimp side of the hobby.
i appreciate the care you showed in packing and shipping the animals.
the shrimp you shipped look great, they'll be joining my 2 survivors
in a 12 gallon nano.

I just wanted to say thanks to Marc at Aquatic-Store.com for the great service he gave me on my order.
I ordered the CO2 Combo 4 (Milwaukee regulator with needle valve, solenoid valve, and bubble counter, SMS 122 pH controller and Reactor 1000) but Marc didn't have the Reactor 1000's in stock. Being an impatient person, I decided I would see if Marc could cancel the order and let me order everything but the reactor - I'd go get the reactor somewhere else. He did that for me, but then I realized how much more I was going to spend in shipping and didn't take into account the discount he had given for the Combo 4. So... I called Marc to ask that he cancel that order and let me order the Combo 4 again, but I promised him I'd be patient this time and wait for the Reactor 1000's to be back in stock.
I've got the system running now and it's great (except I decided I'd run the Reactor 1000 off of a new Eheim 2217 that I got off of ebay - If it would ever get here!)
Lesson learned: Be happy when you get a good deal and just be patient if everything isn't in stock.

Well my order came in well packed and on time... now there was a slight problem with the fact that a 60ml bottle of this thick bubble counting fluid was short on the order... I emailed Marc and he was back to me within an hour... he apologized sincerely and promised to get it out that same day...
Well today the fluid arrived (2 bottles - tnks!!) and I am just here to say that I am totally pleased with the service and pricing that was extended to me by Marc over at Aquatic-Store.com - you don't always need to go to the uber huge online retailer to sometimes find the diamond in the rough - thanks Marc - a Job well done!
